All custom website designs, code, graphics, and content created by Physician Website Design Agency are the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content (logos, text, images) you provide for your website does not violate copyright or intellectual property laws.
5. Website Management & Access
Upon completion, you will receive full access to your WordPress website along with a training session (if included in your plan). You are responsible for maintaining your website unless you opt into an ongoing maintenance package.
We are not liable for any issues caused by third-party plugins, user edits, hosting failures, or security breaches once the site is handed over.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Physician Website Design Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or our services, including any lost profits, downtime, or patient inquiries.
We make no guarantees regarding increased patient leads, search engine rankings, or financial performance following the website launch.
